ZHC is a wholly black woman owned Boutique IT Services company. We have been in existence since 1995, operating in Enterprise tools for SME niche market.

 A key goal of ZHC, is to take strategies, architecture, tools, technology and expertise developed for Global IT players and make it available to SMEs in South Africa as depicted in the picture above. With budgets only large enough for a structure as on the left, we achieve the righthand structure. How we achieve this is by leveraging enterprise class open source tools.

We are staunch supporters of Open Source Software and continually plough back our knowledge and experience to the OSS communites via mechanism like Install fests and OSS lobby groups.

As the number of systems under management grew, so did our need for remote management and monitoring. ZHC now has a field tested powerful combination of tools expertise, and processes to offer enterprise class, analysis, monitoring and trouble shooting services to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs).

This capability is usually only accessible by large Corporations with significant IT budgets.

All our services are consumption based.

Telephone Management Systems as a consumption based service was a revolutionary idea  in South Africa in the 90's . For the first time nation wide companies could get a complete view of their telephone spend, by branch, region or for the whole company, instantaneously and in real time. A product to become known as TELETRACER was born.

 We aim to stay in the forefront of developing technology and provide SME's with Enterprise quality tools to stay ahead in their field. We not only aim to use IT to reduce costs, but as a competitive advantage for those companies with vision.
